Neurological Repatterning
Explanation of Neurological Repatterning
Neurological Repatterning refers to to techniques developed by Christopher Howard that help people reformat what they “usually do” when confronted with a situation in life. The tools he’s come up with to help people combine hypnosis and neuro linguistics. After identifying potentially destructive patterns, this procedure attempts to change behaviour so that end results are different than they normally are. This sounds simple because it really is. The technique can be very powerful, though.
The problem a lot of people have is habitual thinking, thinking in the same patterns over and over again. This is why a lot of people always get the same results – they’re always thinking about their problems (and potential solutions) in the same way, which usually leads to the same results. This is why a lot of people get stuck in the same patterns and problems over and over again – they don’t change the cause of the effects, they don’t change the way they think and approach problems.
This is where neurological repatterning can really help. By using the imagination and the mind, this technique strives to train people’s brains to “think up” different solutions when faced with problems. Questions like “what would you like instead?” are used very effectively to alert people that there are other options in life that they can follow. In addition to working with people to consciously change their neurological patterns, this system also uses hypnosis to change behaviours at the subconscious level.
Christopher Howard developed these techniques to help people all over the world change their destructive patterns before it’s too late. The mind is a powerful thing that can be used for good or bad. By “reprogramming” the brain to think of alternate solutions, Howard has come up with a method to effectively help people get rid of bad habits big and smal
