hey good work Steve… i want to ask you though, and tell you that i have been anchoring for a month and i have been able to feel my memories easily, but after a month everytime i want to remember the moment the feeling doesnt seem to come. Can you tell me what it is I am missing or wat i need to do? thanks

I’ve begun using anchors. The question is, do anchors work with any style of communication. If you have a brusk self-serving ingratiating style, will making lots of positive remarks about yourself while pointing to yourself when you use the positive descriptive language.

My style is similar to Horatio Cane meets the Mentalist.

Embedded Commands are great.

I think the key to this type of stuff is to extemporize with it. Just do it, not totally without thinking, but be aware that you are strategizing and there is nothing wrong with strategy. I’ve been studying chess lately, and a lot of chess strategy can be analoguous to social strategies.

I can see this stuff being wicked in a job interview, although in other situations you have to be a bit more covert.

is it ever possible to leave a verbal anchor or does it always have to be a physical motion between you and the subject?
