hi can you explain the following:
1) why exhale through the mouth vs nose, what is the difference?
2)for the think of the scene part (what if one can’t think or is blank?)
3)isn’t this happiness a projection of her mind for a short lived moment? there can’t be such a think as permanent happiness. or is it a reprogram of her unconscious mind? would be interesting to see the results of the client before and after couple of days of hypnosis.
