Absolutely. Many NLP practitioners have practices and they help people overcome many different issues in their lives. My mother a practitioner and I grew up with NLP in my life and it has done me a world of good. My brother even went to a practitioner that had a practice (friend of my mother) and with one session he got rid of a weird facial “tick” that he had had his whole life. I got rid of a personal phobia of mine within 2 sessions too.
NLP is also very helpful in improving interpersonal skills and communication.
