Would you go for CBT or psychodynamic therapy? Medication? Or something else?

i would say CBT and soem medictaion would help. but also just get around and travel.

Just think about all the fun you will have when you arrive at your destination. Think postive thoughts BE HAPPY
and BE STRONG.
listen to motivational CDs or just your fav music that give you that boost of energy when you are flying. Closes your eyes and you will be there in no time.
Dont take meds uless you have a severe case of claustrophobia or fear. There are anti-anxiety pills but I think the fear you might having is normal fear nothing to worry about.
