It’s a combination of all three different disciplines. When you study them, there is a lot of cross over. People use all three without really ever realizing it.
Each is a different modality, but all are use to achieve the same goal, which is positive life benefits.

All three people you mention are self-willed, self propelled people who learned the value of NLP and selling/marketing techniques and strategies. There have been and are many others. The ones you mention just happen to be popular right now. It is good that you want to help others. None of the people you mention can cure anyone else. They each do have the marketing skills and the audience that is willing to buy their product and a belief that they can be helped. If a person wants to be helped, and has a source of information they believe will help them, then they are more likely to be helped.
I do believe that none of the three you mention does anything better than a thoroughly trained professional in your own back yard. You can learn the same strategies at a good institution of higher learning. You can have the same kind of “power” in any profession you so choose.
You sound as though you already possess some of the inner workings and gifts to make it happen. The business world needs good leaders who are confident and caring to the people who work for them. A good business manager is one who looks for the talent in people and helps them meet their full potential.
