I could hide something else in a cereal box and it might make it through the aisle. When the cashier hands it to me, its not stealing?
I could lie and say I already paid for something. If you are adamant enough, they will usually give it to you, even if they don’t believe you. Is that not stealing?
If youre served food in a restaurant and walk out without paying, thats not stealing?
