That’s a contradiction in terms. NLP is a method of training you to deceive people with “rapport” into thinking you like/get on with them when you don’t… but you may want to manipulate them. It’s also a rip-off. So there’s no such thing as “good NLP”, sites or otherwise, it’s like saying “good fresh rotten fruit”.
