You’ve misunderstood this clip, the guy is using the term “cross over matching” to mean “mirroring”

One basic difference between mirroring and matching is timing. While mirroring is simultaneous with the other person’s movements, matching can sometimes have a ‘time delay’ factor to it.
CROSS-OVER MATCHING is choosing to match one of your behaviours to a corresponding, but different movement of another.

NLP is a scientific approach to understand and improve the way people think and feel. It’s first purpose was to understand why great therapists were getting better results than other therapists. This is called Modeling. You learn to replicate and teach a skill or consciousness.

I would like to comment first and foremost, that I believe I am ONE of the reasons that Alex Jones explored the areas of NLP in political speeches and in the use and control of people. I emailed him after I started learning NLP, solely because I started seeing persuasion patterns and convincer strategies being used to sell the war in Iraq and manipulate people, I was naive to how easy and powerful the technology is, I am not pleased with his coverage of NLP and its use by certain administrations

Actually he confromted her on her book which she is totally for population reduction, more powerfull big government and general freedom reduction,because she’s rich and safe, Alex confronted her and she didnt even know how to respond, he didnt lay a finger on her or use bad language.
